Every Wednesday at 7pm you can join me in my home on Meadowood St, Fallbrook California for a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow class. My classes are dynamic and built to meet the needs of the class, challenging you where you are to bring you into a state of presence. My goal is to guide you into a state of meditation as you flow, aligning movement with breath, whilst keeping the practice safe for your body.
I’m Alex. I’ve been teaching yoga for over 13 years and practicing for 23. I’ve worked across a wide range of styles, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Rocket, Jivamukti, Iyengar, Kundalini and restorative practices such as yoga nidra. I taught in London for 8 years and worked regularly with brands like Soho House, Lululemon, Sweaty Betty and Nike before moving abroad. I’m originally from the UK and came from a career in corporate media and the arts before transitioning fully into wellness in 2012. I’m also trained in Pilates, barre, personal training, somatic therapy and nutrition. My mission is to bring people back to the wisdom and wholeness of their own bodies.
I very much look forward to welcoming you to my home for a yoga class. Please arrive 10 mins early. The door will be closed as soon as class starts. Bring your own yoga mat and any yoga aids you might have.
