Self Care 2021! Get On The Bandwagon. Change Your Life !
Self care has taken on a life of it's own, from companies marketing products, coaches recommending practices to help balance your hectic and busy lives, but what actually is ‘self care’?
Well self care is another way of looking after your mental health and although it can seem like a massive trend or a fad as most of these things do when they are done to death, I do believe it has a bigger meaning to it.
Practicing self care gives you permission to do whatever it is that brings your body's nervous system back to baseline. It can be absolutely anything that helps you self soothe in a real way. Even something small, like having your breakfast in bed on a Sunday can improve your mental health. It’s the small steps we take everyday towards our well being that give us the greatest results.
