Overnight biscoff weetabix recipe

A simple overnight Weetabix recipe using Lotus Biscoff. Lower calorie, high protein, filling and healthy (ish) breakfast.

INGREDIENTS US Metric

  • 1 Weetabix

  • 1 Vanilla protein pudding (or substitute for fat-free vanilla Greek yoghurt)

  • Scoop of protein powder

  • 2 teaspoons Lotus Biscoff spread, melted

  • 1 Lotus Biscoff Biscuit, half crumbled up

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First crush up the Weetabix biscuit

  2. In a bowl, mix the Weetabix with the yoghurt and protein powder until combined.

  3. Smooth over the top of the mixture, then pour on the melted biscoff.

  4. Move the bowl around so that biscoff covers the top.

  5. Sprinkle over half the crumbled up biscuit, and add the other half in the middle.

  6. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.

NOTES

Weetabix can be swapped for oats for this recipe.
