Hi, I’m Alexandra Proctor Stone, founder of The Woman’s Body Coach.

After a transformative yoga retreat in Ibiza, I left my corporate media career in London to pursue my passion for movement and wellness. Over the past 13+ years, I’ve honed my skills as a yoga teacher, Pilates and barre instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. Strength training transformed not only my mindset but also my body, inspiring me to empower other women through fitness and self-care.

At The Woman’s Body Coach, we take a uniquely female, holistic approach to health. Our mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health and bodies. Together, we build balance, resilience, and lifelong habits that support your goals.
