WBC | Deep Work Sessions are high-touch 1:1 experiences designed to go beyond surface-level mindset work. These sessions help you reset your nervous system, release emotional patterns, and reclaim self-trust — so you can show up grounded, clear, and connected.
Using a blend of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), EMDR-inspired tools (such as the Flash Forward Technique), and NSDR (a science based relaxation technique), we gently but powerfully work through:
Comparative thinking and not feeling “enough”
People-pleasing patterns that lead to burnout and resentment
Disordered eating tendencies rooted in control, shame, or body anxiety
Self-sabotage cycles that keep you stuck just before the breakthrough
Low self-esteem and inner criticism that block your voice and visibility
Anxious looping thoughts around performance, relationships, or life transitions
This work is for women who are:

Each 75-minute session is designed to:
Create a safe, attuned space for emotional reset
Use somatic tools to access the root of what’s driving anxiety or blocks
Support lasting change by working with the body and subconscious, not just the conscious mind
This is not therapy and does not treat trauma — but it is therapeutic in the truest sense of the word.
£110 per 75-minute session (normally £120)
Available for a limited time while spaces last
£300 for 3 sessions (save £60 from full pricing)
Recommended for deeper themes like chronic anxiety patterns, self-worth work, or layered emotional healing.
These sessions are valid for 90 days and can be spaced at your pace (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
