‘I have been on and off ‘fitness’ throughout most of my adult life, but I’ve only ever seen early results that then plateaued and didn’t keep going! And I was always hungry! Plus, I’ve had a few ups and downs in terms of managing two ongoing illnesses. When it came to wanting to make a real change, Alex could not have been more attentive and supportive of my individual needs. She targeted my weak areas and even made sure I was aware of the effect being due on my period was going to make in terms of burning calories. Taking into account hormones and lifestyle, as well as my own cheeky vices (such as gin!) it didn’t seem unachievable. One of my goals was that I wanted to feel comfortable wearing shorts (I haven’t done since I was 18!) Low and behold, just 5 weeks in, I had the guts to put a pic of me in shorts on Instagram. What has been incredible is how full I always feel and the difference in my posture, as well as the dropping two dress sizes and feeling great. Alexandra’s plans are thorough and great value for money. Alexandra is very supportive and happy to help with all questions. Really happy with her approach, she has great knowledge and has clearly done her research. I successfully completed my first marathon which was made a lot easier thanks to her nutrition and strength training plans. As a side, I’ve learned a lot more about nutrition, using weights at the gym, and my posture has greatly improved.
Working with Alex is truly special. She's the full package, a true body coach. Mind, physical body & spiritual soul. I first met Alex in London in a yoga class. It was my first ever class, she blasted Seal and told us it was 80's night. I fell in love with yoga, and her teaching and since then she's been my absolute go to when it comes to my body. I'm quite frankly blown away. It's a wonderful thing to know you have Alex at the end of the phone, not just when she's training you but the in between times equally as much. She's answered every question I have with true guidance and wisdom. And even snuck into my programme how to enjoy a wine when you just, flipping, need it. In short, Alex changed my life. She enabled me to overcome obstacles in many aspects of life that I never thought I would be capable of. After what previously felt like going around in circles forever, she made change tangible for me. Having her as my trainer is possibly the best thing I have ever done. Alex is so much more than a PT! This work goes deep and she can take you there, or rather empower you to get there yourself. The knowledge I have gained from working with her, from nutrition to hormone health to mental health to meditation to working out in the gym and how my body works as a woman, is inconceivable. I could never have imagined I would learn so much.
