Workshop Details

In gyms women strive to build the classic X shape ~ wider shoulders, smaller waists and rounded glutes ~ though consistent with  workouts many aren’t getting progress. 

Why?  Things such as…

  • Squats working the lower back instead of the glutes

  • Hyper extending in hip thrusts

  • Cable kickbacks swinging through the pelvis

In this two hour workshop you will learn 

  • How to use progressive overload to build muscle 

  • Racking up heavy weights

  • Proper form and technique to build a feminine physique

  • Personal feedback on your unique physiology

  • How to work with your hormones for best results

  • Nutrition for muscle building

Your workshop leader Laura is a L3 PT, qualified dancer, champion bikini competitor and capoeira boss. She’s Head Coach at The Woman’s Body Coach, she has an exceptional eye for detail and will help you achieve next level results.
