Give yourself some space to process your feelings before committing to making physical changes. Understand that physical changes won’t make the thoughts go away completely, it’s just a plaster over low self worth. Understand that you can’t control or solve inner despair by eating more or eating less.

Know this, changing your body composition can actually be fun when it is not connected to fixing low self worth.
